Cecilia Blomdahl has a YouTube channel documenting her life in Svalbard, an island close to the North Pole 
She has 800K+ subscribers and seems to make a good living, but I’m sure it was tough the first few years while she was building up her audience.

Much like Cecilia’s channel showcases Svalbard, those channels showcase Tallinn 
and Norway 
But those two are official channels of tourist boards, and they’ve hired regular people to vlog about the area.
No idea how much those people are earning, but I expect it’s a decent salary for a pretty cool job 
Got me thinking: if you’re eager to be a YouTuber but don’t want to endure years of grinding before earning a living, try pitching your local tourist board to hire you.
