In 2021 I decided to launch WatchAuctionHQ, a database of watch auctions results, simply because I needed it myself as a collector.
He built it with no-code tools…
I was able to have a running prototype in less than two months by working on it during nights and weekends.
After 3 years, Marc had grown it into “a five-figure ARR product” and sold for 6 figures 
So he likely earned $150K+ from the project overall.
