We’re launching Project Starlight: the first-ever diffusion model for video restoration. Enhance old, low-quality videos to stunning high-resolution. This is our biggest leap since Video AI was first launched.
They go on to show several examples of old grainy video being transformed into HD footage.
Doesn’t look like the tech is generally available yet, but worth keeping an eye on 
I expect it will be simple to use, just upload a poor-quality video and let the magic happen.

Part of her offering was scanning and digitizing old photos.
This new tech could let you do the same with old home video / VHS tapes, while upscaling at the same time 
Likely a lot of older folks who would be happy to pay for that service.
