At about the 30-minute mark she talks about Glassdoor, which earns an estimated $342M per year 
Over the years, many people have submitted their salary info to Glassdoor and so they’ve built up a valuable database of that information, which is one of their primary traffic drivers.
But now many states require job postings to list salary info, and Steph spots an opportunity 
I have not seen anyone aggregate this information in a meaningful way… Glassdoor has really limited data in my opinion… someone should be scraping these salaries off of different websites… and building up this database…
[Glassdoor] was great for the first version of the internet and now… there’s a change in legislation [and] the technology exists for someone to scrape this really easily and aggregate the information
