Now he’s got almost 11K subscribers, sends 2x per month, and earns $100K+ per year 
Each edition of the newsletter (example) is a big list of Airbnb deals with ad spots in between.
Chris also has a premium upgrade for the newsletter, but it sounds like most revenue comes from the ads in the free version
