Three years later he’s running 12 trucks and almost 2,000 portable toilets across 500+ job sites in the Bay Area.

The bulk comes from long-term construction rentals – each toilet brings in $60/week, and projects can run for years.
I like to focus on long-term rentals because it equals guaranteed recurring revenue for my business.

We’ve managed to build what I think is a low-tech, AI-proof business.
Every toilet on rent adds another $160+/month in recurring revenue. And the beauty of a business nobody wants to touch – literally – is that there’s always room for another operator
