Starting in March 2025, she buys everyday products, ships them into Amazon, and deliberately prices them above the buy box 
The idea: plenty of shoppers care more about speed than price. If your unit is sitting in the warehouse nearest them, they’ll pay extra rather than wait three days for a cheaper one.
So her repricer is set to hold that high price for a full 60 days before it starts dropping.
Getting here wasn’t fast. For a solid year she sent in just one small shipment a week 
Couple hundred dollars a week was my budget for inventory.
And kind of learning what not to do and what was working well.
Then she started ramping up her spending. February: a few thousand in sales. By May…
I had my first $10,000+ month. It was actually $11,000.
That’s $11K in sales at around 15% net – roughly $1,650 profit for ~20 hours a week, on the side of a part-time job.
The kicker? She’s got 40,000 saved product leads and has only bought 500 of them. Cash is the only thing holding her back 
Plenty of room to start small and scale up as the money comes back in
