Talon Krebs films short videos of products sold on TikTok Shop
He earns a commission when a viewer buys through the link tagged in the video, so there’s no stock and no product of his own.
He spent $100–$200 on products to get going, and his first sale, a three-pack of hoodies, paid him about $3.
Then a video about a digital business card took off, and he checked his phone in an 8 a.m. college class…
I was blown away. That was my biggest day already.
He made $100 in commissions that day alone, and more than $10K from that one product by the end of the month
Now he does it full time, and in 2025 it earned him $100K+, according to a recent interview.
His approach is volume
He posts 10 to 20 videos a day on his main account, plus two more accounts, one of them faceless for testing products.
He films 3 to 9 takes of each product in one go, each opening on a hook and then showing the problem the product solves.
Why he’d rather earn commission than a flat fee from a brand deal…
One video can make you an unlimited amount of money.
Worth noting he had a head start, with 24K followers on a personal account from high school.
Film a few products you already own, and once your account passes 1K followers (in the US) you can apply to TikTok Shop’s affiliate program
